3 words to describe your role:  Exciting, constantly evolving, impactful

People would be surprised to know: Kevin and I have worked 6 ft away from each other for over 12 years. We started working together in the Summer of 2006 which comes out to about 28,000 hours give or take a few here and there.

How would you describe your job to a child? I build websites and help businesses tell people their story on computers and cell phones.

Where is your favorite/happy place in all the world? After my brother and I graduated high school, my parents moved to a very small town in North Texas named Maypearl. My mom’s family has owned property in Maypearl since the 1800s and my Grandma lived there while I was growing up. Our original land grant was signed by Sam Houston! We spent countless holidays and summers in Maypearl, playing old board games from the 50s and 60s, picking up pecans, hunting, fishing, and going on nature hikes. Being that it’s a small town, the cell phone service is sketchy and the internet is slow. It’s easy to get caught up in the everyday hustle; Maypearl is my happy place because life is simple there and you are forced to slow down.

When you have 30 minutes of free-time, how do you pass the time? I am a MTV child and grew up watching The Real World. Over time, this has evolved into a love of Real Housewives and reality TV. People are interesting to me and I love watching their stories (whether they be real or fake) play out on TV. If I had 30 minutes of free time you would find me catching up on my shows.
