Kevin Crenshaw - Impact Marketing Group

Kevin Crenshaw

CEO + Partner


Besides keeping Impact Group Marketing running smoothly on a day-to-day basis, Kevin consults on marketing strategies for our clients and helps keep IGM's technology solutions current and relevant. Kevin has worked in Internet Services, Software Development and Network Administration for over 15 years.

Becky Chumley

Director of Digital Marketing + Partner


Becky has worked in digital marketing for 15 years and is Google Adwords and Analytics certified. She has built hundreds of websites, oversees operations and directs digital marketing efforts at Impact Group Marketing. Becky also has her Masters in Educational Technology from Texas A&M University and builds eLearning and online training courses.

Andrew Harper

Account Executive


Andrew is our people person. He works tirelessly with our clients to develop the right marketing solutions that fit their goals and budget. He has worked in multiple industries and with small to medium-sized businesses, non-profits, and government agencies.

Emily Tate

Digital Marketing Manager


Emily joined the Impact Group team in December of 2016. Emily manages the social media accounts for our digital marketing clients, paid advertising campaigns, and data reporting. Emily has her Masters in Curriculum & Instruction from Texas A&M University.

Kristin Beach

Content Manager


Kristin joined our team in October of 2019. Kristin oversees the creation and scheduling of social media content for our clients, assists in the direction of brand design and awareness, manages blog writing, and oversees all photography and videography for our clients. Kristin graduated from Texas A&M University in December of 2018 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business with minors in Communication and Graphic Design.

Jennifer Simpson

Project Manager


Jennifer brings more than a decade of experience in project management, quality control, and customer service. With a focus on best practices, Jennifer has developed a service delivery methodology that can easily be adapted and applied to fit any customer need. She works with clients to efficiently plan and execute projects to successful outcomes that meet their unique visions.

Lataviya Qualls

Print & Design Coordinator + Brand Ambassador


Lataviya and her outgoing personality represent Impact Group at local events and as an Ambassador with the Bryan/College Station Chamber of Commerce. She is the bridge between design and print and ensures that our print projects are on-point and on-time.

Kelsey Lee

Graphic Designer


Kelsey has been married to her husband Daniel for 7.5 years and have lived in Granbury, Texas for 5 years. They have 2 cats and a sweet 1 year old daughter named Harper. Kelsey has a long-standing diligent work standard as she has worked in the printing business since she was 15. Kelsey graduated from Lamar University with a BA in Advertising Communication and spends most of her time designing, cooking, and chasing around two energetic girls.

Marissa works with our clients to strategize and implement the best marketing solutions for their businesses. Marissa is from Boerne, Texas and is currently a senior at Texas A&M University where she is studying Marketing at Mays Business School.

Abby Morgan

Social Media Assistant


Abby manages our clients' social media by creating creative graphics and social posts. Abby grew up in La Grange, Texas and attended The University of Texas at Austin where she received a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition with a certificate in Business.

MacKenzie Finlayson

Social Media Assistant


MacKenzie manages our clients' social media by creating creative graphics and social posts. MacKenzie is from Houston, Texas and is currently a junior at Texas A&M University where she is studying Marketing at Mays Business School.

Callie Clayton


Callie graduated from Baylor with a Bachelor's Degree in Communications and joined our team in March 2018. Callie helps our clients tell their stories online through blog articles.

Ashley Howard


Ashley graduated from Texas A&M with her Masters in Education in 2008 and has since spent over a decade working in a variety of roles for businesses, in education, and for non-profits. She helps clients share their voices through blog articles and website content. She also helps with quality control, making sure our social posts are mistake-free. She truly enjoys learning about the aspects clients want to share and discovering ways to convey that desire. In any time not consumed by her four children, she enjoys reading, writing, and running.

Cyndi Lawton


Cyndi has her BS in Journalism and English and was a public school educator for 15 years. She helps with blog articles, press releases, and eBooks. She loves to research and learn new information as she writes for our clients. To say that she is good with words would be an understatement.
